Our Train the Trainer course utilises aspects of emotional intelligence and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). It covers topics such as:

• effective training techniques
• understanding adult learners and learning motivations
• identifying different learning styles, and continually adapting the delivery to accommodate each individual delegate
• awareness of instructional competencies and their benefits
• improving personal competencies and how attitude and approach can determine the success of a course

Our Train the Trainer course learning outcomes have been assessed to meet Level 3 national standards. Level 3 is equivalent to A level standard, enabling the delegate to gain, and where relevant apply, a range of knowledge, skills and understanding.
