We are approved by the London Programme for IT (LPfIT) and BT to provide experienced, professional IT trainers to assist NHS Trusts with their Cerner Millennium and RiO training deployments.

What training can we offer your Trust?

With Cerner Millennium or RiO deployed across your Trust, it is essential that staff are fully conversant with the software that they will be using on a daily basis.

We provide NHS accredited trainers who can be contracted on either a long term basis, to supplement your in-house team, or as interim cover for sickness and holidays.

Our trainers join the team in advance of the Cerner Millennium training roll-out to ensure that:

• newly designed processes are incorporated into training materials
• all training materials are customised to reflect up to date Trust processes and procedures
• the training environment is populated with relevant data to ensure that “real world” scenarios make learning meaningful and relevant
• end user training is delivered in a series of classroom-based scenarios within a pre-defined schedule

These trainers have specific knowledge to assist in areas such as Outpatients, Inpatients, A&E, Maternity and Theatres. The trainers are based at your premises to enable them to fully immerse themselves in your culture, understand your Trust training policies and procedures and to ensure that they provide a quality training service that best suits your needs.
